    Sprinkle rosemary liberally on a dry frying pan. Bonnie’s preference is a large cast iron skillet.

    Lamb pairs superbly with aromatic herbs, and rosemary is the best.

    Mint jelly? Step aside, please.

    Rosemary is your new best friend for beautifully presented and flavourful lamb.

  • Fry on medium-low heat

    Cook thawed.

    No oil needed. Lamb is well suited to frying applications.

    Turn lamb chops over approximately half way through cooking.

  • Sprinkle with salt and serve

    This couldn’t be any faster or easier for a pretty, no hassel, weekend meal.
